Staff were really friendly, attentive, and helpful. Very nice, comfortable room. Great view and the hotel food was really good too.

In particular, Carol is very vested in ensuring guests have the best possible experience. She recommended and organised several excursions and activities for us. Duda is also extremely friendly and helpful, very well spoken and even allowed us to play with a dog she was looking after when we bumped into her on one of the beaches. - Team is very receptive to feedback - The restaurant staff were great, particularly Rafa. - Breakfast at the restaurant was very good - good fruit selection and great hot breakfast as well as a good selection of baked goods and yoghurts. - We ate dinner at the restaurant twice - I think it’s undersold a bit - we felt it was one of the best restaurants we visited on the islands. - Chaise longues by the pool were high quality - wide and very comfortable - The pool area is gorgeous and the view of the sunset by the pool was quite spectacular - The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable - the bathroom was also very nice. - Airport pick up and drop off was well organised and efficient Overall we felt very well looked after and would love to return at some point.

Extremely attentive staff, insanely beautiful views, super delicious food and drink, and a clean comfortable room. Every small detail had been thought through. The stylish pool bag, daily homecake afternoon cake and special acoustic guitar sunset dinner were particular highlights. The staff truly care about giving you a magical experience. We have never seen such an amazing view and the ever changing sky means you can gaze for hours.

The best view in the hole island. The staff from front desk and restaurant is incredible kind and professional. Always eager to advise, support and take the time to provide a personal experience to the guest. Highlight to Oliver, it was his first week at the restaurant but showing personality of a great host. Concierge Carol with good advice for tours and activities and support to rent buggy or snorkel equipment. Breakfast is amazing and the restaurant deserves more credit as the meals are delicious and very well prepared. Location is perfect to walk to main village. We were lucky to have an early check in upon our arrival. Hotel makes chairs and umbrellas free to go to the beach

“Best View / Best Staff / Best Room”

The pictures don't make it justice. This is THE BEST VIEW in the whole of the island. 3 times, when doing tours, the guides would point up (from the beach/ sea) and say "that inn on the top of the hill is the most exclusive view you can get, with a price tag to match". You literally wake up to a postcard, no other buildings on sight. Just the mountain, the beach and the sea. As for everything else: Staff is 11/10. Very attentive from beginning to end. Included breakfast again 11/10. Good quality, great selection. We actually ordered some additional stuff from the kitchen during breakfast and we're surprised when we looked at the bill and it wasn't an extra. The room is 10/10, spacious and comfortable, nice bathroom. They even left little sweets for us at our first and last night. The pool, again, has the best view you will ever lounge to. The hotel thoroughly exceeded expectations.

Carolina is a very welcoming host. She helped us in organizing the best of our stay and trip in Noronha. The location of the Pousada is unique, clean and breakfast is very nice!

Best location on the island with a stunning view of the ocean and the Pico. Every breakfast, lunch or sunset drinks there are special. Rooms have the perfect view and the staff is extremely kind and accommodating. We loved our stay at Akana, the perfect place to stay to visit Noronha.
