“A very warm welcome with amazing views and breakfasts.”
The setting at the very end of the island (it must be the easternmost private house in the whole of South America!), with a view of the shark bay on one side, and the channel between the islands and the meeting point of the currents, on the other. The air, the light, the drama of the ocean, with almost no neighbours. Restorative tranquility. Then there is the warmth of the welcome from Adriana and Dalman, whose breakfasts were sumptuous and varied. Corinthian the cat's gracious tolerance of our intrusion. This is a place definitely worth returning to. You won't regret it. Muito obrigado pela sua calorosa hospitalidade. Vamos recordar com muito carinho a nossa estadia consigo e esperamos voltar um dia.

“Little piece of heaven”
The location is so peaceful and picturesque. It’s really nice to see the sharks in the bay. I was unsure about booking because it’s not in the town centre but I really don’t regret it. The property is just a stroll away from Praia do Porto where there are a few restaurant options and a bus to town, so it was really easy to move around. Special mention to Darlan and the little cat Corinthians who were amazing hosts and looked after us so well, and the amazing breakfast.

“Great service , great place”
The property was amazing, located on the farthest north part of the island just facing Shark Bay, where occasionally you can spot sharks. The place has a fairy tale vibe and we loved the stay. Breakfast in the morning facing the sea and the cliffs was super nice. Darlan, the guy hosting/attending us, was super nice and helped us however he could: it let us check in 4 hours earlier than we were supposed to and one morning that we had to go out really early for an excursion, he even arranged us breakfast at 6:30, one hour earlier than the standard serving hours

“I cannot recommend it enough!! Absolutely incredible location & great host!”
Absolutely stunning location, set in a quiet and windy part of the island from which you have a beautiful view on a few inhabited islands and from which, occasionally, you can spot sharks at sunset. Only 5 mins drive from the village - I would recommend get a buggy. Service was spot on with a very caring and friendly host.

“Favourite location on the island”
Quiet location close to the port and its snorkelling. Breakfast was outstanding and so was the cleaning. Would watch the sharks everyday. Nearby restaurants. Friendly staff. Not sure why people stay in the centre of the island. Please can I stay every day!

“Beautiful isolated stay with stunning beach views and shark sightings”
The location is absolutely breathtaking. You can watch sharks from the bedroom window and the breakfast view was incredible. You really feel like you’re in the wilderness.
