Beautiful location but unfortunately the rain limited our ability to fully appreciate the outside space. Helpful and friendly owner and the apartment had pretty decent facilities.

“The most peaceful, relaxing stay to enjoy amazing Le Marche.”
Loved everything. The location is easy for visits to Fermo and the surrounding area. We loved the views, enjoyed the peaceful tranquility, the host was amazing; welcoming and helpful. We felt like we were part of the family. Breakfast was heavenly, sitting out in the sun drinking the most delicious cappuccino and enjoying the tastiest of treats. Thanks to Samuele (and your wonderful wife who is also working in the background) for making us feel so welcome. It was hard to leave.

“It was outstanding”
Amartman was clean and modern with everything you need, even for cooking. I really appreciated the slippers and other bathroom stuff. Breakfast were amazing and Samuel had no problem preparing breakfast for us even earlier on the day of our departure. Parking is on the property. If we visit this part of Italy again, we will definitely be happy to stay here.

“Perfect for flying at local airfield or walk-in on beach just 10 minutes away”
Close to everything we wanted and it was lovely to have a late swim after the moon and stars were out then sit in the jacuzzi. Samuel was very welcoming and on hand for any questions. Nice to be self contained in your own apartment but still get served breakfast in a breakfast room. Everything secure behind an electric gate to the courtyard

“Agriturismo to relax and enjoy”
We (family with 2 kids) stayed in one of the two tends. They are really huge, kitchen well equipped, everything nice and clean, fantastic shower, and a weber barbecue grill. It is outise fermo in the countryside, great to relax, quiet at night. Pool and hot tub, small playground with trampoline for kids. The breakfast is for italian standards really awesome, with homemade cakes, salami/cheese, etc. The owner Samuele takes great care for his guests and is a super friendly lad. We hope to be back next year :)

Everything was wanderfull. The place is quaiet and relaxing, not many people. A big territor, the play yard for childrens. The big pool and jacuzzi. Not far from the sea and the city. The breakfast is delicious and natural. The apricot jam is so delicious 🙂 Thanks Samuele for the great time in your place. P.s many friendly cats! My daugther liked it very much🙂

“Le Marche fantastisch”
We had a fantastic stay ! The room was on the ground floor with a terrace and very clean . The breakfast was very nice and all hygienic rules about Covid were respected . It’s a great place to stay with kids but also a perfect location to visit Fermo and the beach of Porto San Giorgio . Samuele is a great host very friendly, spontaneously and helpful . With kids I would advise the glamping- tents with panoramic view. Thanks Samuele!
