The place is so charming. Nice rooms. Our room had a beautiful room. Very quiet. Host Sinjora Giuditta was exceptional and helped us in every way. Location is very good to Fermo centre. Will visit again.

“It was a splendid stay in Fermo with a great night at the opera in the wonderful Teatro dell'Aquila.”
The owner was a very friendly, helpful and kind lady. The room was very clean. The location excellent. It's very near to a lovely café where we had breakfast.

A very good location, was clean and comfortable with the centre of old town easily reached on foot. Our host Giuditta, gave excellent recommendations for dining options in the area. Giuditta and her husband assisted us greatly when we had an issue with a locally booked rental car and we greatly appreciated them "going the extra mile" for their guests. Thank you
