“TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE”
Terrible experience. We arrived at night and saw many people drinking outside. At the front desk, I saw them checking in intoxicated people; there's definitely no screening of guests. They also ignored my Booking.com reservation, and after several calls, they refused to honor it, so they charged me the full price. When I entered the room, there was no hot water. After a 15-hour trip, I wanted to shower, but I couldn't do so comfortably. The next day, I had to shower with cold water again. Booking.com should definitely ban places like this.

The Manager was very rude with me because I had an issue with my credit card, he asked to leave the property and did not give me chance to solve the situation with my bank.

“Highly recommended hotel”
It felt like this hotel takes pride in their business. Gabe on reception was very friendly and professional. The room and bathroom were spotless. The hotel was close to restaurants.

The fact that they had popcorn in the lobby was a great surprise! The restaurant near to it was also nice to visit. It was a good hotel for a stop on our trip.

“Wonderful stay, we would stay again if we were in the area”
The staff was very friendly and the room was great. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast was good too! We also enjoyed the free popcorn and lemonade served from 4 pm to 6 pm. It was a nice added touch.
