“Lovely place with a great host!”

My stay here was lovely. The location was excellent, and the host was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. He met us at the town entrance and provided helpful recommendations for places to visit, eat, and explore in the area. His kindness and local knowledge made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Comfy, clean and very convenient. They have their own restaurant where they offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. All the staff is very kind and helpful, specially Lizzy.

“Amazing time in Fenghuang! Just Exceptional”

Starting with the hotel host, he was so helpful from the moment we arrived in Fenghuang; he was already waiting for us in person. We were picked up, and he helped us get to the hotel through the amazing streets in Fenghuang. He sat down with us to explain us the city and a few attractions. It was so good. The location of the propery is excelent because it is in the actual ancient city and in what seemed to be a very popular alleyway. The hotel had nice rooms, well-maintained, clean and beautiful ambience. Access to different attractions and places to eat is really close. The host and the team looked after us each day. They were amazing and helpful with everything we needed; information, places to go and transport. Thanks team and we would definitively stay again when returning to Fenghuang! Highly recommended!

“Beautiful and memorable stay”

Located right in the heart of the ancient city, close proximity to the restaurants, shops, and attractions. Quiet at night. The owner organized a wooden cart to pick up our luggage from the tourist info center and deliver them straight to the Accomodation, so we didn’t have to lug them in ourselves. You can carry your own luggage in yourself and save money but we had too many to carry. Very helpful owner that gave us suggestion and tips. He even helped us carry our bags up the stairs.

“Friendly and Helpful Host. Well maintained property”

Host was friendly and helpful. Cars are not allowed to enter the city itself, so he sent us guidance on how to get to the main entrance few days before our stay. He greeted us at the city entrance, picked us up and led us to the property. He sat down and explained the attractions to us too. Property surrounding was quiet, away from the hustle and bustle near the river. Suitable for light sleeper. Property was well maintained too. Throughout our stay, he helped us with our questions promptly. He even assisted us to hail a cab when we left. We are quite blessed to have a host like him. I will highly recommend this place :)

Our stay at this hotel was delightful. The location is perfect, but what makes this place so special are the owners. They are incredibly kind and sweet. When we arrived, they came to pick us up from our taxi, and when it was time to leave, they took us back to get one. A truly wonderful experience. We highly recommend it.

The hosts are super responsive and very helpful. He will pick you up from the ancient town gate, help you to carry the luggage and also he will help with the luggage on check out too.

“Amazing stay in this little hostel”

Such a great experience. The owners was really helpfull and friendly. We give to us really good tips on the trip and help to organize every problem that we had. The location inside the historical center is really beautiful and the hostel so cool too.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, and we loved it from the moment we arrived. The beds were extremely comfortable, and everything was very clean. Our room was spacious, although there wasn’t much space to store luggage for four people. The location was right in the middle of the old town, which was excellent, but it could be difficult to access with large suitcases when the streets were crowded, as taxis couldn’t get close to the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, and we truly appreciated their assistance.

They had an excellent service, helping out very pro-active! It was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect. We really enjoyed it with our family!

I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming. The girl was to receive us at the taxi stop and took us to the place, same as the check out day, she took us to the Main Street to look for a taxi, that was very helpful due to this place has not DIDI service and the taxi is difficult to find. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a very comfortable bed. I especially appreciated the attention to detail – everything from the high-quality toiletries to the soft lighting made the space feel cozy and luxurious. The location was perfect – close to all the major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Despite being in a central area, the room was quiet and peaceful, offering a great night’s sleep. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a truly memorable experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Host guided us through the whole process from the train station to getting to the hotel. He told us to pass his number to the taxi driver for them to call him, and then told the taxi driver where to drop us off. He picked us up from the dropoff point and took us to his hotel. He gave us a detailed map of the city with instructions on all the places to visit, and a free room upgrade. When we were done with our stay, he then took us to a taxi hailing point and flagged down taxis for us. Incredibly helpful, made the entire process so smooth.

“Beautiful lodging, excellent location, amazing host”

Beautiful lodging at an excellent location. The host Mr Zhang was super helpful and waited at the entrance of the old town to guide us to the accommodation. He even helped with our heavy luggages too! He was very knowledgeable and gave us tips on how best to enjoy walking around the old town. We ended up extending our stay at this comfortable and instagrammable accommodation 😅
