Overview
With a sunny location in Velturno, the 4-star Taubers overlooks Isarco Valley. Its Castanea wellness centre includes indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The restaurant serves local cuisine. Taubers Unterwirt Aktiv & Vitalhotel offers bright and large accommodation, tastefully furnished with chestnut wood and natural stone. All rooms and suites feature a private balcony. The wellness centre is entirely made from wood from the valley, and features a sauna and a hot tub. Beauty treatments using chestnuts, herbs, and other ingredients from the area, are available. The restaurant hosts a number of culinary weeks based on different themes. The highest quality food is made using local ingredients. Breakfast is a generous buffet. It is also part of the Alto Adige excursion network and 4 guided tours are included in the rate of your stay.

“Wonderful family trip, highly recommend.”
The property was beautiful, pool and spa facilities were fantastic and the food was fantastic. Most of all Customer service and level of hospitality was next level, the hotel could not have done anymore to accommodate our needs. We were travelling with a 18month old, they facilitated her dinner early at 6pm which allowed us to manage routine and enjoy our lovely dinner at 7 when the restaurant opened. Wine recommendations, room Service, attention to detail, decorating the dinner table for our evening meal as it was a special occasion. It was an amazing stay made even better by the wonderful staff especially in the restaurant/Bar.
