As soon as we entered the room we noticed that the bathroom was not clean, moreover there was urine in the toilet. The receptionist changed our room but the toilet was the same, so we changed the room again. Our friends who booked another room had the same problem. Also on our last day there, before the check-out, the cleaning lady burst into our room while we were still there.
