Easy going and friendly! It was a nice add on that that they provided a bed and goodies for our dog. They also allowed us to use the spa for our little daughter, because it was empty.

“Peaceful retreat, driving distance from beatiful spots.”
In the morning, the breakfast service was great, it felt like home. Also, coming back from our little adventures during the day and having the spa all for ourselves was special, we would do it all over again. The pool area was also lovely and quiet and we wish you have stayed on hotel grounds for longer!

Really friendly staff. Lovely outdoor pool. Great indoor gym (although could do with air conditioning!), spa and indoor pool. Great spread at breakfast- fresh fruit, eggs, salad, cereal, cakes etc. Comfortable room. Lovely surroundings. Yoga twice a week included. Great tennis court too with free use of rackets.

The attitude of every member of staff. So welcoming and looked after us very well. The spa was lovely - well equipped and relaxing. The food was fabulous. Nice big rooms and such a peaceful location. The place to go to get away from it all.

“A family legacy filled with smiles and kindness”
This is a lovely third-generation family-run property where you can really feel the care behind everything. The family member in charge works incredibly hard and is very friendly. My room was basic, though I can’t speak for the others, but what impressed me most was how genuinely happy and pleasant everyone was — from housekeeping to the serving team, even the gardener was always smiling. It says a lot about the positive atmosphere here. The spa is new and excellent, with a sauna, steam room, pool, and massages available. The food was another highlight — I had the best lamb I’ve had in a long time, and the wine was top quality but fairly priced. The surroundings are beautiful, perfect for long walks, and there’s even a tennis court. A lovely touch was seeing the elegant grandmother who started it all.

We absolutely loved our stay at the idyllic Aumallia Hotel - beautiful, quiet and peaceful setting. The grounds were immaculate, the spa facilities very modern, the rooms were comfortable and the foods was excellent throughout. The staff were very friendly and warm and made us feel most welcome - I could not recommend this place highly enough if you are looking for a restorative break from the busy world.

“Perfect for relaxation and authentic experience”
We had a fantastic time at Aumallia. The owners and staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. The place was very tranquil with beautiful grounds and amazing spa. It felt like being on a retreat! We stayed in a 2 bedroom bungalow which was private and spacious. Breakfasts were freshly made and full of choice, served in a beautiful courtyard or cozy dining room inside. We had unforgettable experience and hoping to come back.

“Great spa area; the rest of the hotel needs upgrading and improving.”
Rooms and bed linen / blankets were clean, but very old and dated. Dining area was also very (very) dated with old tableclothes and equipment. The hotel tries to position it as "rustic / authentic" but it's simply very old and there has been zero investment in a long time. Guests are also charged €3.50 to sit down in the dining area, which is excessive give the state of the facilities.
