“Nice stay”

nice room, even with a kitchen and terrace but i didn’t use them

Important to read the 1-star review. The only thing that was good was a two minute walk to the: ''Holy Trinity Abbey,'' which was a cool landmark to see. Room was big enough to lay down our suitcases.

The apartment was great! Enough equipment, a comfortable bed, very clean and a great location for a great price! The room was also very spaceous and when we had a problem the owner immediately helped us!

last minute booking due to having been let down and refused access by a previous host due to his misunderstanding and unreasonable behaviour. Claire the host of this apartment was brilliant., clear communication in English, quick and clear access instructions, and the apartment was perfect for the two 18yr friends

The location was good. The house that the apartment was in was unassuming. Bit the room was clean and comfortable. There was also a communal kitchen. We enjoyed staying there. It was quite close to the abbey and the centre, which was nice

Stuff is very nice, responsive and helpful. Apparemment is clin and tidy. Location is perfect.

The common room with individual facilities (frige, glasses, etc.) and common equipements (oven, washing machine, etc.) is really nice and useful.

Location is nice. Located in center. All the facilities around. Close to Etretat.

Nice location (even though close to a pretty busy road). Easy acces with the codes, kitchen had microwave. All in all fine for just the one Night stay I needed it for.

-practical location very close to city centre -intelligent concept for longer stays (kitchen, personal fridge…) - nice colour scheme in the room

“comfortable”

Very convenient, warm shower. lovely, clean room. The Madame very friendly, and welcoming. I was cycle touring, bring a decent cable lock and attach you bike under the spiral staircase.

Location is perfect, near by the city center , Claire keeps everything clean , good practise

The instructions on how to gain access to the room from the street were not very clear as the proprietor cannot speak English. I eventually found them in my email. The spiral staircase from the ground floor to the first floor. All the taps, together with the shower, were of the type where you had to "push" the tap to obtain the water flow. This system was tedious to operate. I prefer the traditional kind of taps.
