We really enjoyed this stay. The nearby nature is really awesome, as well as the view from our room. There Are fjords and some kind od small waterfalls. The near Is also possible to eat out so no problem tahat there Is no kitchen. There is small shared fridge anyway which Is reallly great. Elín was really great so friendly and caring. Towels, cosmetics and even a bathrobe were prepared for us. Free coffee and Tea. What I love also was the bed which was soft and Till now gave us the best sleep in our trip around the Iceland. Thank you Elín for such a great stay.

“Wonderful place and very cosy”

Wonderful Finnish style house, wooden cladding and very cosy. We had a room facing the view and it definitely worth it, the scenery was stunning. Tea and coffee included and there is a small fridge to use.

Amazing!!! Comfy, familiar and friendly. The host was super nice, she showed us the house with an amazing hospitality. It felt really like home sweet home Everything was extremely clean and in a good state. There is free coffee and tea, which is super nice 😊. Furthermore, there is a little fridge which is pretty useful, water heater and coffee machine. We had towels, sheet and in our room there was a little sink which is also very useful :). Beds were really comfortable!!! It is a perfect stay at the fjords. I Thanks for everything!!

I had a very nice stay at this guesthouse. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is amazing. Right next to a waterfall and with a view of the fjord and the mountains.

This was an emergency accommodation for us, as the road to Egilsstadir was closed at late notice. We were welcomed with a huge smile and a feeling that there was nothing that was too much trouble. The room was lovely, the view spectacular (after the storm died down) and our hostess was amazing.

Elin was a lovely host who couldn't do enough for you. The guest house had all we needed, with nice detail to make your stay perfect.

Very welcoming hosts and beautiful house. We really liked how well the room was equiped with shelves and lighting. One can trully feel that the guests comfort was in mind by the owners. Room was clean and great thing that it had a sink. Beds were comfy, there were no noises coming from the outside.
