We stayed for three days with my girlfriend, and the place is charming—just like its owner, Haluk, who guided us, offered thoughtful advice, and truly contributed to the magical experience of the stay. This is a place I recommend 100% to anyone looking for an enchanting escape in an idyllic setting, with an incredible view over the Kabak Valley and the sea.

“Peaceful paradise”

Beautiful Location and views, feels like you are in a self sustainable retreat. The staff is super friendly and helpful 🥰

The view is fabulous. Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly. Jacuzzi is nice with shade from a tree.

The room was great overall although no door for the bathroom. The food for breakfast and dinner was fresh and delicious. Views are amazing and worth the climb.

Our suite was beautiful and super cozy. Their free parking is very convenient to leave the car and just enjoy the beach by foot. The restaurant is so nice and we had an amazing breakfast! The staff was super helpful and friendly. We wish we could have stayed there for at least a week just enjoying the view and the beach for days in a row.

Everything was great! We really liked it! The nature around is magnificent. The sea is super! Great view from the window. Private location of the rooms. The staff is the best! The host answered all the questions quickly and was very positive!

“Fantastic view!”

The view from the balcony is amazing! One of the most beautiful places we have visited in Turkey. Relaxing atmosphere, pine trees around. Comfortable house, great home-made food. The last part of the dirt road is very difficult but the owner has met us with his car so we were perfectly well.

The breakfast was amazing, and the dinners at the place were really fresh - they looked after us as vegans too. You eat on a lovely terrace enjoying the view and it's really beautiful.

“Papatya House”

The view from the terrace is absolutely fantastic. The house is tastefully furnished and the breakfast served was good. It’s a very special and great location if you can handle the drive and the stairs (see below). Despite the great location I am not so sure if I would come back.

Views were amazing! Staff were brilliant, breakfast was delicious on the terrace with good music.

From the moment we arrived at Ùtopya we knew we were in good hands. Firstly our communication with the owners ahead of the stay was perfect, they let us do a late check in (which ended up being very late with no complaints), we were happily greeted on arrival and taken to our cabin. Breakfast was excellent, served every morning with something a little different, the staff and chef were very friendly and there was always a cat or 2 to keep us entertained. Every day we were given different local advise to make the trip even more memorable. The views from the cabin were absolutely breathtaking, nothing like anything we had seen before. The cabin was very clean, well kept and comfortable with a fridge for beers wine and cheese, what more could you need :) We also joined for dinner one night which was authentic and delicious, remember to bring cash for this part though as we ended up in a bit of a pickle there (again the owner very kindly had to help us out). They also have a very generous check out time of 2PM and we were allowed to leave our luggage there after this to enjoy the beach before we caught our flight. They even let us have a quick shower before we left which was very kind. The cabins are surrounded by other campsites with bars and food where everyone is very welcoming. You can even get a midnight margarita in some places if you look hard enough :). All the sites and hotels are very well connected and you can easily find a new place to visit every night. Kabak beach is a stones throw away with a beach taxi and kayaks to paddle around the hidden beaches and caves with natural pools. The beach is also connected to the Lycian way where you can hike the entire coastline or up the mountain to hidden waterfalls with natural pools. All round we couldn’t recommend this place and location enough. We are always looking for hidden gems right off the beaten track and this really is it 🧚🏼‍♀️

“Basic & chill!”

Beautiful location on the mountain, 10 min to the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing. Not much “luxury” to expect, it’s more like living in a tree house, simple but beautiful and relaxing. The breakfast is very delicious! The host is very nice :)

Stunning place. Beautiful views and amazing location. Haluk, the owner, is amazing and a gentleman. The staff are fantastic. It is one of the most beautiful natural places I have seen, and not far from the beach. The food was excellent.
