“A spotless stay in an unbeatable location”

The location is absolutely top-class — right in the ZTL historical area of Fano, with on-site parking, which is extremely rare and worth the extra cost. The room was spotless, genuinely one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, the room was a bit small but still very pleasant. The host is very kind and attentive, and she goes out of her way to share local information and recommendations.

It was a super short stay—just one night—but I felt such warm care in every detail, from the thoughtful snacks in my room to the perfectly stocked bathroom and, most of all, in every interaction with the host. Thank you!

A place with its atmosphere, a bow to the past, as if you enter your granny's room. Not just clean, it is like pristine. And all the details... you are surrounded by gorgeous items to look at. Very kind host.

The lady is very helpful and provide all the necessary information. The location is just perfect in the middle of the city Center ( historical) and 8 min walking to the seaside. there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby or in the seaside!

Everything was brilliant. Beatrice - the hostess was amazing. The location was fabulous. Rooms and the building were lovely (we stayed in two differnt rooms because we loved it so much we came back) so comfortable, clean and well decorated a must if youre in town. The owner is professional and friendly. Every detail is accurate, the room and common spaces elegant and clean with all the necessary items and furnished with very good taste. I will come back for sure and I warmly advice this B&B to other travellers!
