“Relaxing and peaceful”
Fabulous hosts, who gave brilliant information and spoke English well in spite of my poor Italian. Breakfast was laid out on the terrace at the exact time I requested it. Beutifully kept with a huge area to it surrounded in a quiet picturesque Italian backdrop of vineyards and open fields and not too far from Fano or the sea.

“Great place, friendly hosts”
The perfect place to stay! It is a lovely place with nice surrounding landscape and a marvelous view. The rooms are newly renovated and perfectly clean. Everybody is extremely friendly and welcoming. They will make sure you have a great time. We recommend taking the breakfast on their balcony. It is delicious and you get to appreciate the view. Would stay here again.

Very nice hosts but no organization, hard to get any help (needed to order a taxi when leaving at checkout, for example, and there was no one there who could help. Run more like a homestay than a professional accomodations provider, which could be cozy if they only provided some basic services that are necessary.

“a good place to stay for a couple of nights, handy for Fano and KY beach .”
breakfast was ok, basic continental . quite situation a mile from Fano. comfortable bed and nice hosts .
