I didn’t like that after booking, it turned out that I still needed to make an advance payment of 100 euros through the site to get access to the room, we were so tired from the road and still fiddling for an hour to get into the room, it’s so inconvenient! there was no preliminary information about an advance of 100 euros. I wanted to cancel immediately but the cancellation is already paid.
