“Do not be misled - as despite the 5 stars used in the name of this establishment it is far from a 5 star hotel!”

Even though there are many selections of whiskey or rakı, the wine choice of "All Inclusive" package was quite bad quality. A better quality wine is required, at least a moderate quality of wine. Why do we have to pay extra to drink a moderate quality wine

first of all, the staff, every one of them are very friendly & helpful. there was a system error while checking in but it can happen anywhere, the way they resolve was the key positive. And the food: both in taste and variety, simply excellent! lots of activities, good entertainment team, pools slides, beach,... everything was great.

Food was good. Plenty of sun loungers. Bar snacks were good. Spa was nice.

The staff working hard and making great job serving the clients, the hotel very clean the food is tasty, pools are very clean and treated well, activities running all time near the piol, fir kids, parties and night, bars everywhere, snacks bar near the aquapark is great, excelent choice fir us and we will come back for sure

We were on the all inclusive. We were very happy with the food and drinks offerings. There is a vast amount of choice at all the meals and a lot of other food on offer if you want more. We thought the quality of the food was very good overall. There is always a bar open and nice to see they do not use cheap brands of drinks you have never heard of. The room was a good size and the bathroom was fine. It is on a nice bit of the coastline and close to where we wanted to be.

To say a big thank you to the bar staff on roller skates. And the reception Halil the room upgrade

Good selection of food including local food. Very clean, modern lovely beach.

The place was nice and the location great. Staff was polite and very helpful especially Mr Eyüp from guest relations office who helped us very much

If you stay in the main hotel, nothing is too far away. Plenty of places to sit and drink or have a coffee. Pools were nice and easy access to the sea

Impressive reception and facilities, many were closed and building work on the beach. Staff were fantastic in all areas. Food was good, lots on offer.
