Everything was PERFECT! Location in walled city central and next to free car park outside their- 5 minutes walk from fabulous restaurant and central for walled city. Facilities excellent - fantastic shower - kettle etc - full sized fridge with freezer section for ice packs. Breakfast was delicious. Host was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. Given fruit from their garden - eggs from their chickens. Map with explanations and advice. Private area in a tourist attraction area - quiet, calm and safe for children. View of sunrise over the sea from my bed …. On balcony near 2 magnificent churches! Little section of home-painted fridge magnets, paintings was lovely. Seating area and a little cafe for hot or cold drinks.

If you are looking for a simple and authentic Cypriot holiday in the historic town of Famagusta in Cyprus, this is an ideal place. You can have a lovely breakfast among the citrus trees and taste the fresh dates from the garden. Even though the accommodation is in the centre of the town, it is quiet and serene. The ground level rooms are perfect for people with mobility needs. Ertunç is a great host. We enjoyed listening to the stories of generations of his family in this lovely house and historic town.

We loved our mini break at the Golden Palms , the rooms were very big and modern ,the beds are very comfortable , it’s in a fantastic location, run by a lovely family who cannot do enough for you and the breakfast every morning was huge , tea and coffee making facilities in the room and complimentary toiletries in the bathroom . Definitely will be returning

It was our second time here. I have to say, it's one of the best places I stayed in. The owner is a lovely man,takes real pride in his establishment, and you can see by the way he maintains it. He's very polite and can't do enough for his guests. His staff are amazing, lovely kind and hard working people, I can't thank them enough for their excellent service, really professional. I highly recommend this little gem in Famagusta..

Very kind and helpful staff. The breakfast was classical Turkish breakfast so fresh : vegetables, fruits. A real Turkish coffee made in raqwa. Good situation close to everything ! Perfect stay !

Family run business, taking care about the guests, supportive stuff and the owner. Beautiful garden, they serve home made breakfast, oriental style, very delicious. Located in the old town of Famagusta, just close to the medieval church ( today it’s a mosque). Varosha is finally opened for the tourists, in 20 min by walk you can easily arrive there.
