The worst thing was the tiled linoleum flooring which was cracked and peeling up in places. When I mentioned this at checkout the lady said, oh the house staff hadn’t told her, but this floor had clearly been like this for some time. The room was generally rather jaded and the damaged floor made the place feel dirty.

Amazingly helpful and lovely staff. Great location walking distance of the beach, Main Street restaurants and shops, and the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Loved that we could borrow beach towels, mats etc. We’re a family of four, sharing two queen beds. It was clean and the air con worked great.

We were looking forward to staying here as it looked like a real retro motel like something from a movie. It's not modern but it suits the style perfectly. The room was very clean and comfortable with a good-sized bed and aircon. It's in a great location beside everything you need in Falmouth. The lady in the office was very helpful and welcoming on our arrival, and checking in early was no problem.

we came for the marathon weekend, the location could not be better, 2 min from starting line. Free parking is a plus, and walking distance to a lot of good restaurants, coffee shops...

The staff were excellent. Helping us find restaurants, helping with taxis. Allowing us to check in early. They were really helpful and friendly. This is our first visit to cape cod, and we will be back and will be staying at the same motel. Somebody give these guys a raise!

Amazing location, quaint and cosy with a cool retro vibe.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They let us use their car park after we'd checked out so we didn't have to pay for ferry parking (they weren't full that evening so said they had a spare parking space), gave us aloe vera aftersun when we got burnt and helped with a phone problem!
