Great location, great breakfast, very comfortable room in a good condition . The breakfast was excellent with hot and cold choices.

The property is large and comfortable. It is in a quiet area and they have a small deck you can sit out on with a view of the water. Despite my negative comments I would stay again.

Nothing, the room was dirty and the alarm of fire 2 consecutive days with fireman. The promise of the director who said that we will not pay for our 4 days in the hotel for the 2 days of alarm. I had demand a room at the first floor because I’m handicaped and I was not consider. A chance for you that the fireman don’t saw me trying to escape from the second floor.

Hotel staff not friendly. No hot breakfast only cold grab bag offered, swimming pool closed for major repairs, the hotel looked closed down, hotel grubby and could do with a good clean, not value for money and want a refund.

Friendly staff. Guest laundry brilliant. Large car park. Arrived late evening and were very obliging.

The front desk staff was very accommodating. They made an effort to find a room close to the elevator/door for me because I don’t walk well.

The location was ok. There was nothing more than that which exceeded my expectations. There was a bed and a place to sleep. Nothing more.

“A nice hotel on Cape Cod”

We liked everything about this hotel. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, the room clean and comfortable and the location very good. The hotel is paying attention to environmentally sustainable practices which we appreciate a lot. It was nice to be offered cold drinks in the lobby. Well done!

“Thankfully it’s over. Significantly marred 5 days of our stay in the US”

Hotel is in dire need of upgrading. Facilities are poor to non existent. Dont expect your room to be cleaned , linen changed or fresh towels to be given during the stay. Do expect the cleaner to leave bin bags so you can service your own room. If you have a room on the lower ground floor ,expect the staff to talk noisily outside of the door from 7am and bins to be collected outside even earlier. Only saving grace was Tim on reception who did his best to put right the failings of everyone else,

“Best place in the area”

My son is in MMA and we met him on Jan. Last year we spent a couple of days in a Hotel at Buzzards Bay. We try something different and we went to Falmouth. A really nice surprise, good and beautiful hotel. Breakfast: súper nice. 2 thumbs up.
