“Decent stay but did not lived up to the riu experience am use to.”
I must say it was my honeymoon and I received a complementary upgrade from the standard room to partial ocean view...I am indeed grateful and staff gave us welcome drinks. In our room we were met with celebratory note assorted pastries and fruits which made us feel extra special.

“Great facility and really great STAFF !!”
The Japanese restaurant. Food was not at all acceptable, no flavor is an example. We went to the buffet after our meal and met 3 other couples in there who had also be in the restaurant.

The entertainment team ensured that there were lots to do during the day. The rooms were always cleaned and supplies restored when we came back from frolicking at the beach. The food was amazing and there were supervised activities for the kids at Kids Club if the adults needed a break.
