“Accomodating”
Call my husband and I arrived at the property after the hurricane. Apparently with all services down we were unaware that the property did not receive our booking and they couldn't contact us to let us know that they had no power and should not have received any guests. Out of desperation we contacted the property owner who lives in Florida. We would have been stranded had he not found a room for us by calling several people. He could have turned us away but he allowed us to stay.

“Great comfortable safe place to stay right off the highway!”
The manager Pete was great he was there any time I needed him to help out with anything, definitely a great place to stay. I stayed 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute of my stay.

It was in a security gated community. It had a relaxing feel which I enjoyed. It had a modern look inside the property. The host was also very ok to talk and approachable. Internet connection was good. Rooms looks way better in person than what is on the site.

Hospitality was exceptional,staff was very helpful, Internet access was very good when compared to larger resorts that we have stayed before. Very quiet and peaceful. Needing a quiet get -away with family or friends, or by yourself Joy Estate is the perfect location. Beach within walking distance, and rooftop pool. Definitely going back to this facility in the future. Additional construction is being done and I can't imagine how much greater this facility will be. Great job Joy's. Oh! By the way the beds and mattreses allows for good sleep. NB: For the future : You could Consider property transportation?
