The owner and staff were polite and cooperative when we explained the situation. They contacted Booking.com and helped us modify the reservation and arrange a refund, which we appreciated. The location is also close to nice beaches such as Ladiko and Anthony Quinn Bay.

We were upgraded to a family suite and thoroughly spoilt. Big terrace looking down Ladiko Beach. Great breakfast and restaurant very good and good value. Everyone was really nice from owners to cleaners.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and everything was just as pictured. The bed was very comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was quite varied. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent, and after visiting and experiencing the best restaurants on the island, this one easily ranks among the top two. Everything was excellent. Since I mentioned it was our honeymoon, they sent a rose bouquet to our room and treated us to dessert. They were very nice. Thank you very much.

Everything. The hosts were so nice, it’s a real familybusiness. They called taxis for us and made sure everything was okay. The restaurant and breakfast were also really, really good. Close walk to Anthony Quinn Bay. The swimming pool was great. I would definitely go back!

We stayed in the room with a pool and sea view, and can honestly say it’s the best experience we’ve ever had at a hotel. The room was absolutely gorgeous and so clean, the whole outside was amazing with a really lovely view of the bay and boats and a great size pool. The air con in the room was also great. The hotel is the closest to 3 of the best beaches in the whole of Rhodes (Ladiko, Plaka and Anthony Quinn) all less than 10 minutes walk away. The included breakfast is amazing with so many choices, and the restaurant (Sala Pietra) is delicious, we ate here so many times over our stay. The cocktails are a must try. What really made the hotel was the amazing staff, as it is family run and they will all go out of their way to help you and make your holiday extra special! Thank you so much! We can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed the location close the beach. The kitchen was excellent and we were welcomed warmly by the hotel’s owners. The family was very friendly and ensured our stay was very comfortable. P.S. The restaurant’s brownie was amazing!

We absolutely loved it. The hotel is run by a family and you can feel the warm atmosphere and that they put their heart into this business. Our room looked even better than in the photos, it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect, with the view on Ladiko Bay from the terrace and Anthony Quinn Bay just a few minutes from the hotel. Breakfast offers a great variety of choices, what I especially appreciated as a vegetarian. Ordering delicious coffee from the restaurant’s menu is included in the price of breakfast and we loved that extra touch!

Restaurant and bar were great. The room had a modern feel and lovely design. The personal pool was very relaxing with a sea view.

Great, quiet, cozy place, near the bay. Very attentive staff, pleasant communication, delicious cocktails. Large balcony on the second floor. Nicely furnished rooms. Right next to the sea. No noise in the evening. Near the hotel are two very beautiful bays and a picturesque mountainous coast where you can walk and admire the wonderful views of the wild nature.

“A dreamy gateaway very near the famous bay but still so relaxing & peaceful”

The design of the room & its perfect little private pool making the heat during the day enjoyable. Not a lot of restaurant options walking distance so we tried the hotel restaurant and it was really great, ended up eating there everyday. The food was really good and well presented, the service from the family son there was just perfect!
