Overview
Dias Studios & Suites is 900 metres from Faliraki beach and a 10 minutes’ walk from the resort centre. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi access. Dias rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. They include a kitchenette with refrigerator and they are equipped with TV and safety box. They all have balconies offering lovely views to the pool of Dias hotel. Dias Studios & Suites provides a variety of facilities including a swimming pool with separate swimming area for children, sun beds and snack bar with big TV screen, and a 5x5 mini football court. Faliraki, one of the most cosmopolitan areas of Rhodes, is situated on the east coast of the island, just 20 km from the airport, on a 6-km stretch of golden sandy beach.

“Good value for money; friendly, small hotel a short walk from the centre.”
The hotel is a nice size and located a convenient distance (10 mins walk to the start of the main “strip”) from the centre. When we stayed it was pretty quiet so no issues at breakfast or with getting sunbeds, etc. The staff are friendly - very helpful & accommodating. We had a private pool room which we enjoyed. It was modern & clean with daily housekeeping.

Dias was a perfect little spot to stay in, we extended our trip last minute and were so happy to find it. It’s in a very good location, walking distance to Faliraki centre. Nothing to complain about. Staff were lovely also!

We stayed in the Milena apartments at Dias studios and we had a great stay. Only a short 10 minute walk from restaurants, I would recommend staying here to anyone! The staff are very nice especially the lady who cleaned our apartment.

We stayed at the Milena Suite, a room with a private pool. The room was even better than we expected! It was always clean, with fresh towels, soap, and everything we needed. The pool was perfect! The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was also really good, with plenty of options. We arrived by car, but we noticed there’s a bus stop nearby with direct transport to the airport. The location was quiet, and we had a very pleasant stay. We will definitely come back!

I had a fantastic experience staying at these family-owned apartments and suites. The location couldn’t be better — everything was close by, including shops, restaurants, and beach yet the area still felt peaceful and relaxing. What really made the stay special was the hospitality. The family who runs the place is incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday. I would definitely stay here again!

“Exceptional staff and great location”
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally helpful and incredibly kind – they always went out of their way to fulfill every request and truly cared about the comfort of their guests. Their warm attitude made me feel very welcome from the very first moment. The location is fantastic, just a short walking distance from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sea and beautiful surroundings every day. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, including plenty of fresh fruits, which I really appreciated. Everything was tasty and nicely presented. I can warmly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great service.

“Very warm atmosphere in this family-run hotel”
Comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Possibility to rent a car from the hotel. A good variety at breakfast and tasty food in general. Pool area clean and cozy. Hotel is located in a peaceful area, but it's still not far from Faliraki Bay and the beach. There is a private road that leads to the hotel and there are a lot of cute cats living alongside the road and near the hotel area. Hopefully there are people that take care of the cats. 🥺❤️
