“Wonderful stay!!!”

Casa Cabana is a really gorgeous hotel and we had a wonderful stay here! That staff are all so friendly and happy to help with any request. Parking is really easy and there’s plenty of space in their private car park, but otherwise there’s easily space on the road outside. We chose to explore outside of the restaurant for dinner but the breakfast is insane - so much variety! - and the lunch and cocktail menus were fantastic. It’s a beautiful pool and though beds filled up during the day it never felt overcrowded or like anyone was struggling to find space. I liked the rustic feel of the room, however there was a small noise issue as our room seemed to be right under some kind of vent or generator which made a sound all day until about midnight - however we didn’t raise this with the staff as my partner managed to fix it somehow! The hotel is also great if you like a larger complex to meet plenty of needs, such as having a spa and pool, however with 300+ rooms it didn’t feel quite as intimate as another hotel we stayed at, which is totally fine because that not what it’s advertised as, but just a preference I found I had after comparing the two :) Location wise it’s sooooo fantastic for being close to the BEST food (definitely check out Greek Spirit and Manolis Taverna !!!!!) and not far from the beach and party strip. It did seem more urban than I imagined so you could hear some traffic by the pool but that’s the reality of staying at a hotel within a busier part of the island. Overall we loved our stay here and had a wonderful time, I’d definitely recommend!

Loved the vibe, the peace & tranquility of the place. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms comfortable. The staff was friendly and accomodating.The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. The whole place is a nice contrast to a very loud Faliraki.

“We will never back again”

Extremely Disappointing – Avoid This Hotel! We stayed at Casa Cabana Faliraki, and on the very first day of our vacation, our room was broken into and a large sum of money was stolen. As distressing as the theft was, the real disappointment came from the hotel staff’s reaction — or lack thereof. The staff showed absolutely no empathy or support. There was zero accountability, no assistance, and not even basic human decency in how they handled the situation. In fact, we were met with a cold, dismissive attitude and even subtle hostility, as if we were the ones to blame. No hotel should treat its guests this way — especially not in such serious circumstances. We felt completely abandoned and disrespected. Security was lacking, customer service was nonexistent, and the overall attitude of the staff was shocking. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Your safety, peace of mind, and dignity as a guest are clearly not a priority here.

Air conditioning turned on at night doesn't work. Very bad night's sleep for me and my partner

“Exceptional”

Everything was fantastic at casa cabana. All of the staff were lovely, really attentive, helpful & friendly. The hotel is minutes from all of the restaurants clubs bars. Beds were comfortable & with very little noise considering the nightclubs are minutes away! Overall we really enjoyed our stay. This is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Will be back for sure. Thank you Casa Cabana!

“Lovely hotel, quite expensive, great experience”

The rooms were perfect. We had a gorgeous pool out the back, and the beds were so comfortable with lots of space in the room. The communal pool facilities were also perfect, with loads of beds and space for sunbathing. The overall decor of the hotel was lovely, and the location was so central in Faliraki. The hotel staff were mostly very nice and helpful
