The appartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is surrounded by a lovely garden. The hosts, George and Athina, are warm and extremely friendly people who will help you in any way. From places to visit to restaurants to.... ask them and they will tell you. We enjoyed our holiday in their appartment and suggest everyone to do the same.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Each day they would give us a plate with the most delicious apricots, that we've tasted, grown in their garden. Also they gave us homemade apricot jam from the same fruits. Location of the apartment is perfect: within a few minutes by foot to a big shop and a bakery. The bakery sells affordable snacks, coffee and drinks (1.70 euro for a cheese pie, 1.80 euro for espresso coffee, 2.50 euro for fresh orange juice, 3.50 euro for small pizza). There are also several snack bars in the vicinity. Nearest beach is 20 minutes away by foot, but we went a bit farther (30 minutes walking distance) in front of Apollo Hotel (the beach there is wider with lots of space for your own umbrella - you can buy one for 12 euro in many shops on the way). If you rent a car or get a bus (bus stop is also close to the apartment), you'd reach in 5 minutes Anthony Quinn Beach and nearby Ladiko beach, which are great for diving with lots of underwater rocks and also quite a few fishes to see. The apartment is fully equipped, if you'd like to cook yourself. It was also very clean with lots of spare towels and sheets provided.

Ground floor apartment was spacious and equipped with everything you could need (inc washing machine, hairdryer, AC). Hosts were very friendly and easy to contact during stay. Two large outdoors areas for eating/sunbathing. Quiet location within 5-10min walking distance to shops/restaurants/beach. We would definitely return!

“An absolutly perfect stay”

I would like to extend a big thank you to the hosts, George and Athina, for an amazing week spent in this apartment. We arrived three hours before the scheduled check-in, and they were kind enough to let us leave our luggage at their home while they finished cleaning the apartment. We went for lunch at a nearby restaurant, and just an hour and a half later, I received a message that we could check in. As a welcome gift, we received a bottle of wine, and George showed us how everything in the apartment worked. The apartment is beautiful, new, bright, modern, and absolutely spotless. It might be the cleanest private accommodation I have ever seen. We used the washing machine several times, and laundry detergent was provided. The location is excellent for people who don't need to stay right on the beach. It's in a quiet area, but the beach is only about a 12-minute walk away. Furthermore, it's just a five-minute walk to bus stops for routes to Rhodes, Lindos, and the airport. There are also great restaurants, bakeries, and a supermarket nearby. George and Athina are absolutely wonderful hosts, and I can only highly recommend this accommodation.

Everything was just great - one of the best vacations we ve ever had. First of all, the owners of the place are very welcoming, warm and amazing people. George showed all the places on the map that are worth visiting, helped to rent a good new car for the fair price and many more:) Second, the apartment itself is modern, clean, well equipped. We enjoyed a lot cozy evenings on the terrace with wine and local food. We consider coming back again! Thank you so much

“Amazing apartment”

This is a REAL Apartment, with a real kitchen, a real bathroom, everything you need, not what you usually find on booking which they call "apartment" but they are just a narrow dormitory. We spend 4 very comfortable days there, it was like being at home. The kitchen has literally all you need. Giorgio and Athina are super nice and welcomed us with a bottle of white wine. They gave us lot of recommendations about where to go and see and also about restaurants. They also gave us an umbrella for the beach. The apartment is outside Faliraki "party" area but still at a walking distance from restaurants and bars. Really we couldn´t ask for more.

One of the best accomodations I have ever been to. Extremely well equipped with all the different things you can imagine, comfortable, spacious, in a quite, beautiful spot (not far from the beach and the city, but far enough not to be noisy, in the middle of a beautiful garden). We felt like at home. The owners were very helpful and friendly.

“The best and neatest apartment in Faliraki!”

We were absolutely shocked by how great and beautiful this place was! The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. All was well-furnished, all necessary items available for use, for all possible occasions. Apartment has 2 balconies, one by the kitchen the other one more like a terrace, connecting both rooms. Our stay was FANTASTIC, garden outside was magical, felt like a dream vacation house. The Hosts were the kindest people, very good-hearted, helpful, even gave me some fresh leaves to make tea from when we departed. There were lemons, tomatoes in the garden, which we were allowed to sample. Location was great, big supermarket nearby, as well as cafes and restaurants.

The best choice to stay in Faliraki. Near to the city center but calm and quiet. You can find in the apartment everything you need. We will definitely go back next time in Faliraki.

A very nice two rooms apartment in Faliraki with a kitchen and a bathroom. It is in a quiet location. The apartment has all the facilities to cook. It is a few minutes walk from the Faliraki beach, Ladiko and Anthony Quin beach. Very helpful owners.
