“Lovely and welcoming”
The flat is very close to the beach and a short walk from shops. It’s very clean and modern looking apartment that has all you need. They offer you everyday cleaning and a nice breakfast. The owner is super helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

“A perfect, heartwarming place”
We had a lovely stay! The apartment was simple but had everything we needed, especially for our little girl. The hosts were so kind and welcoming – we really felt at home. Breakfasts were simple and delicious, with a different homemade treat every morning. They even gave us a couple of beach toys for our daughter, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was truly the perfect choice for our girls’ trip. Thank you for everything!

“In Rhodes only Anelia Boutique Studios & Apartments”
ABS&A is the perfect place for a short or long stay in Rhodes. Located literally a minute from the beach, yet slightly off the beaten track, it's peaceful and quiet throughout. The rooms are comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette and air conditioning. There's a seating area on the terrace. A delicious and varied breakfast is served daily. BBQ or Greek evenings are also organized. Most importantly, the staff is amazing. The owner, Ana, is incredibly warm and hospitable, as are the other girls. Always happy to talk, smiling, and cheerful, ready to help with any questions. Faliraki is also a great base for exploring the island. It's relatively close to the airport, yet you don't hear its noise. Bus connections to the entire island are excellent. You can also rent a car if you prefer. A perfect place to relax, for example after a day of sightseeing in the city of Rhodes. Take your partner with you, a bottle of good Greek wine and relax on deckchairs by the sea, listening to the sound of the waves... I highly recommend it for a short or long vacation. We will definitely be back.

The most genuine family feel about the property - Anna and her staff look after you extremely well and make you feel at home. I couldn’t recommend this property enough. 2 minute walk to the beach and the provided breakfast was so so good

“Would definitely stay here again!”
The staff were so helpful and accomodating, the room was a great size for 3 people. Breakfast was small but authentic and home made and it was perfect for us. We parked our car around the back where there was plenty of space. Easy walking distance to the beach and the town.
