“Cozy home”

Great location. It had lots of room for everyone. Worth the money. Kitchen was well stocked, but could have been cleaner. Stove was dirty & some utensils.

The size and lay out of the place was great! Excellent kitchen set up. The property had lots of little things that needed fixing- the front door screen was unusable, the lazy Susan door was almost off the hinges so we set out the items we would use and did not use that cupboard and the hand sprayer in the master bath was broken so we couldn’t use that. The white carpet in the front entrance area was quite dirty. The front step area was dirty and needed a good scrubbing I did some weeding but the outside of the property did not appear to have been tended to in many weeks This is a great property but it is in need of some TLC This is a really great property that needs some TLC

Beds were extremely uncomfortable and the old heating system/ forced air terribly noisy! Had to turn it off during the night to be able to sleep!!! Of course the house was cold in the mornings

We liked that the check-in instructions were easy and everything was ready and clean. The location is nice and nearby to the amenities we were interested in. There was also a very nice little welcome gift and handwritten letter that I liked.
