Worst hotel experience. I booked a room with a kitchen, but it was not cleaned. They moved me to a room without a kitchen, with no refund or price change. I also booked with breakfast, but was charged again. Their phone support is useless — only music, no one answers. The room was clean but too dry. Never coming back.

I really enjoyes how beautiful the rooms were, very clean, new furniture absolutely amazing. The bed was very comfortable, and so was the sofa. Very friendly and helpful staff as well!

“Sound insulation is bad. Arrange guest too close. Should help to separate the groups of guests from.”
Sound insulation is bad.You could hear the noise from other rooms. 2 night stay have encountered the same problem. Was disturbed and woke up during the midnight. Other guests were running and chatting loudly on the aisle and inside their rooms.
