“Best Staff Ladies Ever”
The staff here are AMAZING. There was this one lady that was particularly helping us a lot with kitchen equipment and helping us remove this odor our of the bathroom, she really put in so much effort for us and we were laughing together, really sweet and hard working people here.

“Worst experience and won’t recommend”
Sanitary of the room was really bad with sticky floor . Stained carpet and smelly room. All the facilities are very old and we need to clean the garbage and change the towels by ourselves

“Beautiful welcome into Fairfax Washington DC”
Amazing staff, very accommodating, fresh towels all the time, cosy bed. Manager Fallah very very special. He went out of the way, our cooker plate was slow, he actually found a solution and did the boiled eggs for us. Excellent location. We are definitely going back Discounts please for repeat bookings.

“Overpriced for dirty and smelly run down hotel, only positive was location”
Location was good, right off freeway in FairOaks Mall, offered free breakfast but I didn't try it because of how dirty the hotel was.

“Description of hotel misleading”

The individual working at this hotel at the time I went to check in was very mean and unprofessional. First, this individual said he didn’t see the reservation in the system. I was asked to open up my confirmation email and I did. After “glancing” at the confirmation email this individual then told me I was probably at the wrong location. I then scrolled to the bottom of the reservation to show him the address. I was indeed at the right location. I asked him if they had any rooms available and if so if we could just forget about the reservation and just get a room. My fiancé and I were extremely exhausted and so was our children. We had spent the day in Fairfax moving my daughter in for college. We just wanted a room to get a couple of hours of sleep before we got back on the road to head home. I was told, “ yes, we have rooms available but I can’t let you check in to one until I see your reservation.” I was told to wait 5-10 minutes to see if the reservation would pop up. I did. I had my fiancé to go back in and check to see if the reservation was showing yet. They told him No. Nobody acknowledged the reservation confirmation, tried to look the reservation up by the confirmation number or anything. I realized these individuals did not want my fiancé and I to spend the night at their hotel, so we left. I called the hotel this morning to complain and the manager who took my call was also very nasty ( I honestly think it was the same person from when I went to check in) he asked my name and told me he didn’t see me on the “no show list” so he doesn’t know. I asked him if they look up reservations by the confirmation number. He said yes and asked me what it was. I read three numbers and he cut me off saying that wasn’t their confirmation number their numbers began with 160. I said, “Sir idk but I booked the room on booking.com.” After interrupting me the first time He told me, “you talk all I need you to give me right now is the confirmation number.”
