“Clean room. Kind and welcoming host”

Ginevra was an exceptionally kind and patient host. I had a special request for the lowest pillow possible, and to my delight, she thoughtfully provided two different low pillows in the room so I could choose what suited me best. Despite my flight being delayed by several hours and arriving late at night, she greeted me with warmth and a big smile, making me feel instantly welcome. Her hospitality made a difference in my stay. The room was very clean.

Good value for money, if you're driving and don't mind the location, this was the best value for money for us located in the middle of the village/town, you have to follow the gps to the car park not the location (a lot easier to arrive) and check the road signs. Halfway between Milano and Lake Como, perfect for people who want to visit both locations. Room was big and spacious, a little bit outdated but we didn't mind it, very clean, very big bed and blankets, daily cleaning was provided, clean fresh towels and bed sheets every day, free public car park nearby, only 50m walk to the location, with many car parking spaces. Very hot water for shower and wash, kitchen was spacious and good equipped with large shared fridge-freezer, coffee machine with unlimited coffee pods, breakfast was the italian type with pastry (colazione), juices, teas, waffles. Owners were very friendly, gave us infos and advice about anything we needed, also motorway payments and nice places to visit. The location had a small build-up swimming pool for the hot days of summer (we went on 30-35° weather). Lidl and McDonald's nearby, pizza, and a kebab place, also a small restaurant, i think, which we didn't go.

“Good low cost first/last night option for Milan airports”

This is quite handy for the first or last night of a touring holiday based on one of the Milan airports. There is a good/popular pizza/restaurante in walking distance but no bar, although there is a communal fridge if you want to buy your own. Room was modern, clean and spacious and shower excellent. Owner has very good English. Security is good.

We were greeted by owner Massimo who was very kind and helpful. The room was wide and very clean. The hotel was very quiet and we slept very well after a long journey.

Everything!!! This is one of the rarest places where we gave 10/10 without any hesitation! Normally the breakfast is served starting from 07:00, but the host prepared it at 06:30 just because we kindly asked if it would be possible to have it a little later. She was extremely helpful and friendly. The whole place was super clean and we were also allowed to use the kitchen outside of breakfast hour to cook our own lunch and dinner. I definitely recommend this place!

Extremely friendly host, who helped us arrive easily and find the free parking, which is situated very close to the entrance. Also very helpful with local restaurant recommendations, notes and tips. The spacious room contained everything as expected, with an additionally large spacious fresh and clean smelling bathroom. A nook containing water, cookies, teas and coffee for the morning, and close by the kitchen area with a typical Italian breakfast self-service amenities. Whomever is taking care of the area, has a great green thumb - all the plants are healthy and lovely looking, adding a gentle touch to the B&B.

“Lovely place close to Malpensa Airport”

Cute little B&B, with such a nice owner. He waited for us until late at night as our flight was delayed. Communication went smooth with them. Room was fine. Exceptional for the price we paid. Breakfast was more than enough. To simply put, we got more bounce for the ounce with this one.

Very nice B&B, warm welcome. I did the Via Francisca. From the Olona valley it is just 10 min up to the B&B.
