Really nice, quiet place with amazing views and pool. The restaurant is opened during weekends, and food and wine are tasty. Great base for car trips around or just walks in surrounding hills.

“A great stay off the beaten track!”
Tranquil rural environment, kids friendly, with very nice and welcoming hosts. We loved the pool and the animals, the calm atmosphere and the beautiful views. Very good breakfast and dinner, made with mostly local products of the farm. Don’t miss the chance to visit the nearby town of Fabriano and the famous grottoes of Frasassi.

Spacious house for family with small kids. The swimming pool is simple but with an amazing view. Quiet and panoramic locations, which we enjoyed thoroughly for a few nights stay
