“Lovely place to stay but extremely hard to locate because the name is not displayed anywhere -”
The name of the property is not Studio Te Maramuu - it is Te Rai Ninamu - very hard to find the actual building because you enter via another apartment building lot -

“Terrible”
There was no one available after hours to help with directions to the place or how to get into the place. When I booked with Booking.com I did not realise that this was an AirBNB type of setup. Normally with Booking.com you book and then turn up. This place involved communication with faceless people an websites that were full of bugs making it impossible for us. Our requests for help from Booking.com at the time were not answered.
