Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room and overall environment were extremely dirty and not properly maintained. The internet was only available in the hotel lobby, which was about 100 meters away from our accommodation. In practice, we had no access to Wi-Fi in our room, which was very inconvenient. The staff’s behavior was not welcoming or professional, and we did not feel comfortable during our stay. Additionally, the cleaning standards were unacceptable—we felt like we had to take care of cleanliness ourselves. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay at all and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Great location, facilities and price”
Loved the location. Very easy to walk into Evian les bains which has a Fri market, lots of shops and resturants. If you have a car it's a short drive to chateau Chillon, Yvoire and Morzine and the Gorges de Diable. Lovely and warm room with a well equipped kitchen area.. There is a large room with a few pieces of gym equipment which we used for pilates. Nice clean pool. You could pre book a set 3 course meal for 16 euros.

It was walking distance to the boat centre to Lausanne, walking distance to the city centre and to the source cachat of Evian.
