Excellent location, great communication with the host, efficient, quick, extremely well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, simply great, a great Heating, very important in winter. Great view of Lake Geneva, close to the French Alps. Great apartment, I guess we will return to it if we return to Evian.

“Amazing View - fully equipped”
The VIEW was simply AMAZING! Well renovated, clean, we had everything we needed: a full equipped kitchen, high chair and crib available, 2 full bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub), and incredible internet speed. The communication was easy and fast with the owners. We stayed a full week with 3 young kids (7 yo., 4 yo, and 18 months). The free on-site parking and the elevator are also really nice to have with luggage and stroller.

We liked the size and view. Equipped kitchen. Very comfortable. A little farther up then I preferred but that was my fault.

The appartment was everything as described and the view of the lake was great. In the summer with the terrace it must be even better. It was good value for money compared to other places we looked at but you would definitely need a car for the location. Would definitely stay again.
