Offering panoramic views of Lake Geneva, this hotel is situated in Evian-les-Bains, just 15 km from the Swiss border. Guests are free to explore the garden or enjoy the lake views from the terrace. “Great value in a great location”
Terrific place located lakeside. My room, with a balcony, faced onto the lake and there is a busy road in between but the traffic quietened down after 19h and was not a problem. Excellent value in the height of summer (I was there at the end of July). Swam in the lake and there were places to eat and open-air bars nearby . Great breakfast too.

“Enjoyed out stay very much, excellent location on lakefront,”
Had room overlooking lake but it was quite noisy at night due to the busy road. Breakfast was good value, self serve continental with good selection of fruit, cereals, bread, cold meats etc. Owner very nice & helpful.

Staff, location, and cleanliness. It was a little outdated aesthetically, but it was perfect in everything else. Great morning coffee looking over the lake. I would recommend staying here. Also easy walk to the center of town.

1) Opposite lake Geneva, plenty of free parking along the lake. A few nearby restaurants (an excellent pizza take-away place 5 min from the hotel) which is open until 10pm! 2) Large room; 3) Friendly staff who were willing for us to amend our booking on the day; 4) Lift to the room available.

Everything about this hotel was superb. The location of the hotel and free parking opposite. The restaurant food and service was excellent. Room was spotless, fresh, cleaned every day, toiletries provided. The staff and owner went out of their way to make sure that you had everything you needed. Close to the lake and superior room had lake side views. Plenty to see and visit, lovely walks into the centre of Evian Les Baines. Would definitely recommend a visit to this delightful hotel.

1. great location opposite the lake and a short walk into the town centre 2. the owner went more than the extra mile by offering to dry our biking clothes which were wet from a full day of rain 3. safe storage for bikes
