I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, both in the room and throughout the hotel. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was reasonably priced. Since I was traveling by bicycle, I really appreciated that the staff kindly stored my bike in a secure storage area. They were also very helpful with recommendations for dinner and always answered my questions with sincerity and friendliness. The room was comfortable and spotless, making my stay even more enjoyable. If I visit Évian-les-Bains again, I would definitely choose to stay here once more. Highly recommended!

“long weekend in Evian”

Centrally placed and yet very quiet, we could sleep very well although our room was on the main street, rue Nationale (and had a great view over the church tower and the lake). Liked the non-standard organization, with access from both the street (ground floor) and the car park (3rd floor, where the reception is). 5 minutes walk from the Cachat sources. Staff is very friendly, and breakfast (we paid for it after checkin) excellent, with very fresh bread, yoghurt, cheese, etc. Warm shower. There is a private free carpark, albeit tricky to reach (you need to enter a public underground parking, then exit through a secret foxhole in the back in order to reach the hotel parking). It's free, albeit you need the public parking ticket to enter and exit. GoogleMaps however knows "parking hotel the France" and will take you to the entrance of the underground parking, then follow the signs (and preferably avoid rubbing your car against the walls).

Quiet room with excellent location in the city center, premium mattress, free parking in the hotel's back garden, great interactions with personnel. We will return !

Such a cute and charming hotel! We were positively surprised with such care since the kindness and attention of the staff up to the cleanness and the charming and tasty breakfast! Great value, right in the main square, easy to find and to go walking to any place in town. We highly recommend :)
