I loved the period feel of the hotel and the very friendly staff. Also, had a great sleep! The location is perfect on the main shopping street, easy to get to a bus, market, the Evian Source and Funicular.

The hotel is well-kept and extremely clean. The staff were wonderful: welcoming, friendly, helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The amenities were fine (coffee/tea in the room, toiletries) and appropriate for the price of the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic - varied and so much to offer, much of it homemade or local. Though the hotel is on a busy street, the hotel was quiet. The small terrace for guests was lovely.

We liked the atmosphere and spirit of the hotel. The personnel is kind, specially very nice server at breakfast. Nice selection of cheeses for breakfast. The position is exceptional, right next to the wondefully decorated central square with convenient access to the underground garage.

The staff was really warm and welcoming. They demonstrated flexibility to make our stay comfortable. I was coming with my wife for the triathlon and it is a place we can recommend. Besides, location was perfect: central and in a quiet pedestrian street.

Renovated recently classic simple French hotel room with everything working properly

The location is amazing, very close to the lake. Very kind and friendly staff with sufficient English skills, would recommend to non-French speakers.

“Traditional and central”

The hotel is in a very central location about 100 metres from the lake so great for exploring the town. And although it doesn't have parking, we managed to find a space on a nearby road without too much difficulty. The breakfast was nice quality and varied.
