A very comfortable and cosy apartment right in the heart of Évian! The bed is large and incredibly comfortable — we slept wonderfully. The apartment is bright, clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The loggia with its beautiful view of Lake Geneva is a true highlight — calm, peaceful, and perfect for both mornings and evenings. The location is excellent: just a 5-minute walk to the centre, with shops, cafés, and the lakeside promenade nearby. A special thank you to the hosts — they were exceptionally kind, attentive, and responsive. Every message was answered instantly. They welcomed us personally, helped us settle in, and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt like valued guests. Maria, thank you — to you, your father and your sister. Everything was wonderful and filled with care. We would love to come back again!

The location is excellent - the apartment is in the centre of Evian and the views of the lake are great. There is a small supermarket within about 10 minutes walk. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Could not have been better thank you.

Perfect for two people. Very clean space, had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Bed was comfortable and pillows too. Parking garage available. Beautiful views to the lake. Complimentary coffee, tea and water in the apartment. Check in process was very smooth, the property owner was there to explain us everything.
