“Lovely view but lack of cleanliness.”

The view was fantastic

First, the location of the house was difficult to find. Even the local resident said he couldn't find it because the actual accommodation location was about 150 meters apart from GPS. Moreover, I was even more confused because the owner gave me two addresses. I asked a French woman who lived in the area for help during the rain, and with her help, we managed to find the house after calling to the owner of the house many times. It would have been easier to find if the owner had sent me some pictures of the building location. Second, when My wife and I entered the house, the electricity did not come. I asked for help to the woman next door. She compared the structure of her house and my hotel and finally found the electric distribution box, so she was able to turn on the electricity. Third, We tried to take a shower, but no hot water came out this time. We couldn't take a shower. We washed the dishes with cold water. Fourth, We went out the next day and arrived late in the afternoon, and this time the water didn't come out at all. We couldn't make dinner, wash our hands, or use the bathroom because we didn't have water. Everything was uncomfortable. I asked the local resident for help, but he couldn't help us. I stood up outside of the hotel for almost one hour and luckily I ran into a woman who could help me. She said she had turned off the water supply pipe of my hotel that was in the basement of the building. She found water leakage of the boiler of my hotel by accident. The leakage of the water could tun the underground warehouse into a sea of water. Moreover the water was leaking right next to the electric wiring, if it hits the electric wiring, there could be a big electric accident all over the apartments. Anyway my stay of the hotel was really terrible. I strongly hope Booking.com can refund the price for the accommodation I paid.

Amazing view on the lake. Kitchen with all items you need. Renovated and clean. Parking right outside the room. Ideal for a short break.

The lake view, the tranquility. Accessibility with a car. All facilities were available in the apartment to cook food and wash dishes etc. The host was clear in the communication throughout the onboarding process.
