Gorgeous views. Lively wildlife just around the house. Roomy, beautifully decorated house with so many thoughtful details for guests. Generous, healthy breakfast. Excellent location for short or long hikes. Close to town but tucked into the hills. Welcoming, kind, knowledgeable and super interesting hosts.

“Don’t book it … don’t be fooled by the 9 and 10 rating. There’sa reason they don’t give refunds!”
Not much to be honest .. this more of a hostel than a b&b. I don’t know how this property is rated 9’s and 10’s. A 3 is as much I’d give it.

“Perfect location to introduce Colorado to our friends. Close to Red Rocks amphitheatre for our Diana Ross concert.”
The location of the accommodation was superb, offering both convenience and a lovely setting to explore the area. The property itself was extremely comfortable and well-appointed, with all the amenities one could need for a pleasant stay. One of the standout features was the excellent breakfast provided by the host. It was not only delicious but also a great start to the day. Wilhelmina was the perfect hostess, exuding warmth and hospitality throughout my stay. Her stories about her intriguing life added a personal touch to the experience, making it all the more memorable.
