Great place in an excellent location, about 20 minutes from Armenistis and close to the port, with excellent restaurants nearby. It’s situated in a beautiful valley right above the sea. You can hear the waves and enjoy a pleasant breeze at night. The host was very kind, and the place was clean and comfortable.

“The perfect, unmissable place for a stay in Ikaria”

For over 20 years I have been spending a few days of vacation every summer in Greece. This place was one of the wonderful places that helped me fall in love with Ikaria. Utopia Cusco and our hosts, Christo and his wife helped us have a dream vacation. The location overlooking the sea, 3-5 minutes walk to Kampos beach and 10 minutes by car to Mesakti was extraordinary. And Christo and his wife are special. We participated with them in the traditional parties on the island and had a wonderful and authentic experience. Thank you Cusco!

“One of the highlights of our trip”

Chris was a gracious host, he was friendly from the start and a wealth of information. The place exceeded our expectations, the beach below was stunning and very private, many time we had it to ourselves. The small taverna a 15 min walk away made home cooked traditional meals with cheese made in house. The restaurant Chris recommended our last night was the best meal we had on the Island and the setting was in a quaint square in the town a 15 min drive worth every kilometre.

A lovely little resort right above the beach and far enough away from the road to be very quiet. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and everything you need is provided. We'd love to come back!

“Nice apartment with view.”

Nice view, big and clean apartment. They really pay attention to details, very well equipped house. We even had the powder to wash the clothes. Cleaning lady was coming every day. They had spare umbrellas for the beach.

This place is heaven on earth. The apartment was spacious and very well kept. The views from the terrace are stunning. We will be back!

Comfortable, well equipped traditional apartment with a fantastic view. Lovely walks in the valley with goats, geese and sheep. Chris who runs the place is a lovely relaxed and kind soul always ready to help. His wife Gordana is also a beautiful person. I hope to return soon.
