Everything was amazing from the breakfast to the room cleaning, really clean and modern facilities, extremely friendly staff and surprisingly airy rooms! We will visit again if we ever come back to EuropaPark!

“Great hotel great staff great breakfast”
Very friendly staff, very nice breakfast in the morning, found this hotel by chance when riding motorcycles to Italy from UK, rained a lot from Luxembourg through Germany so we decided to get out of the rain and find a hotel, enjoyed our stay here so much we stopped here again on the way home.

“The best three star hotel I've ever experienced”
Spacious and has whatever necessary, such as desk, children's two-storied bed etc. Breakfast was also the best I have ever experienced in a three star hotel.

We arrived at 9pm. Efficient and welcoming reception. Family room was clean and well equipped. The hotel was clean and lobby area was immaculate. Ample choice at breakfast. Hot and cold options. Again, clean and everything well presented. Plenty of staff. Tables cleaned promptly and buffet replenished. Bus to Europa Park nearby. Very impressed. Thank you for a great stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The property is very clean and close to Europa park and has nice restaurants close to it. A beautiful place and will surely recommend it to anyone visiting Europa park, Germany.
