What a fantastic find, the most wonderful building with the most wonderful host all in a great location with parking. An excellent place.

“Beautiful extremely well located villa, lovely host”

A really beautiful, recently refurbished villa. Marie-Clotilde has kept beautiful original features and added modern luxurious features and furnishings. The location of the villa is perfect, 10 minutes easy walk to the town, another 5 minutes (max) to the beach where the views are stunning. Having a parking space is so useful, in fact essential. Marie-Clotilde was SO helpful from meeting us in the parking area to drive our bags around to the front door so we didn't have to carry them up the stairs up to the villa, to showing us where the best hikes are and recommending restaurants. Breakfast was only €10pp, very good value and cheaper than anywhere in town. The villa has an honesty bar and pleasant outside seating.

Villa Eliane is a great place to stay, it is tasteful, intimate, and cozy. Marie-Clotilde was very kind and accommodating. We’re very thankful for the great experience we had here.

“A charming stay in Étretat”

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is beautiful — it feels like staying in an old French mansion full of charm and character. The host is extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more special. Staying here was such a unique and memorable experience. The location is perfect: everything is very close and convenient, and there is private parking available. The garden is lovely and very relaxing. And a special mention to the beautiful cat walking around the property — such a cute bonus :) The breakfast was also very nice, especially for only €10. Everything was served in a very warm, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Étretat and looking for a charming and authentic place to stay!

Marie Clotilde was a great host. The house is very unique and chic and it has great acessability to the town. The parking part is really great because you can just forget about the car while there. Overall, a beautiful stay and I'm looking forward to being back!

Very spacious room, competent host and a great location to walk Étretat. Really nice balcony as well.

The villa and the city are wonderful. The owner is very friendly and helpful: I was collected straight from the bus stop because of the rain. Breakfast is good. I recommend having lunch and dinner in one of the city's restaurants. The villa owner will advise you on the best ones.

The villa is beautiful, historical, nicely decorated but also feels very fresh. The hostess is very nice and does everything to make the guests feel at home. I would love to come back here.

Excellent breakfast with local fresh produce. Marie ensured she was available for any questions and was most helpful. The property had been recently refurbished to a high standard. Marie also speaks good English. She made it such a nice and comfortable visit for us.

Marie - Clotilde was such a lovely host. The Villa is exceptional, stunning room and lovely breakfast on the balcony. Very quiet but still so close to the beach and the centre. I cannot fault our stay and we will definitely return.

I loved staying in Villa Eliane! The host is wonderful and very friendly, she told us about all the best places to visit in Etretat. Also suggested really good restaurants The property itself is very cozy and stylish, has a lot of natural light. There’s a quiet terrace in front of the villa where you can enjoy a morning coffee and listen to birds singing. Keep in mind that you have to go up the stairs to reach the villa, so if you have luggage it can be a challenge:)
