“Beautiful town - bad accomodation”
The location is excellent—right on the beachfront, the best spot in town. However, be aware that there is no parking available at the property. Public parking nearby is quite expensive, ranging from €3 per hour to €50 for 5 hours, though it is free between 19:00 and 09:00 the next day.

“Okay location for just one night”
Beds were comfortable, the location was good, Center of Étretat. Many restaurants around. We didn't meet any staff unfortunately, but the exchange through text was cordial and the host seemed accommodating as we checked in late.

The Hotels location is very good. We did not try the retaurant but it seems nice too. Bed is comfortable and the Room has a reasonable size. LOTS OF POTENTIAL!!

Clean room as pictured and located close to the waterfront and near the centre of town. Easy check-in and checkout service, entering through the downstairs restaurant while open and once closed using a code (provided after check-in) to enter via a side door made coming and going quite simple. A carpark is situated in front of the hotel (not affiliated) but there are plenty of other parking options around town.
