“Etaples with Jess (6)”
We saw our host at the beginning and again at the end of the tenancy. Cedric was helpful, showing us where everything was, and he answered our questions. We have had a long relationship with Etaples staying there, visiting Le Tourquet and other local towns. It is a nice short walk to the centre of town, with bars, a brilliant pâtisserie (with coffee) and a boucher, a wonderful butcher, with a vast range of goodies. Le Touquet was most enjoyed by Jess because the sand goes on for miles at low water! There are rides and eateries all along the road behind the beach road.
