“Poor communication, additional charges, check-in very problematic.”
Extremely poor communication. The host did not provide check-in info & refused access to the apartment despite the fact that we arrived late in the evening and it was difficult to relocate. The host also requires an excessive additional fee (45 Euros in our case) for towels and linens that was not properly communicated before.
