“Absolutely would stay here again”
Absolutely fantastic location. 2 minute walk to the marina with all it's bars and restaurants. The apartment pictures don't do it justice. Everything you could need for your stay and very clean apartment. Bedrooms are are a great size and the shower room is lovely. Great views from the balcony. Choice of swimming pools - not huge but plenty of space to sit around.

“If you like the Marina area this place is faultless.”
We loved this apartment, had everything you would need and such a reasonable price. And the location could NOT be beaten. Plus the owner was very responsive via WhatsApp. I would totally stay again (actually we tried to stay an extra night but they were unavailable lol)

“Exceptional Stay in a Beautiful Apartment!”
We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment located in a great spot near the marina. The location was perfect - close to everything yet peaceful. The apartment itself was modern, clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days and made the stay extra comfortable. We also really enjoyed the pool area, which was well-maintained and a lovely place to relax after exploring. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Pros - great location, large supermarket nearby and lots of places to eat. Only a 5 min walk to the beach.

Spacious, bright, comfortable, spotlessly clean apartment with amazing harbour and mountain views from balcony. (see photos) Kitchen facilities good. I notice some reviews mention the dishwasher not working but apartment not advertised with one so not a problem. Good communication from owner on day of arrival and friendly welcome from cleaner. Carrefour shop over the road and lots of restaurants etc in area. Beach a short walk. Most of the balcony has been enclosed with patio doors and has large dining table - morning sun

A lovely, clean and extremely well equipped apartment on 5th floor (there are 2 lifts)- washing up liquid, tea towels, washing machine, filter coffee machine all provided. If the sofa was used, it can comfortably sleep 5 adults. We were given a warm welcome and all the equipment explained (air conditioning is a mystery to me). The apartment is in a group of 4 apartment blocks at Estepona Marina. Many of the apartments are home to local people so it is exceptionally cared for and quiet. The location is also ideal. The view of the marina and sea from the balcony (which is also overlooked by other apartments) is beautiful. The marina has a large selection of bars and restaurants and the apartment is just a few hundred metres from 2 supermarkets. The beach is a 6 minute walk and the town centre is a 20 minute gentle walk along the promenade. If mobility is restricted, you can catch a bus or taxi from less than 5 mins away. There are a series of steps to the apartment front gate that may be challenging for those with restricted mobility/prams

“Relaxing stay at a fantastic location with a nice view”
The apartment was spacious: with a nice living area, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and a big balcony. The location next to the harbour and boulevard towards the city center was perfect. Also two supermarkets across the street. And even though it was close to the bars at the harbour, it was quiet at night (and I'm a bad sleeper). I've already recommended it to friends and family.
