The size of the flat , is very clean and cosy. Comfortable bed, a good quality linen. The air is so fresh there, you will sleep like a baby.

Personnel was very nice, friendly and professional. I addressed an issue I encountered during the stay and it was dealt in super friendly manner.

NONE Were assigned the farthest building from reception and breakfast With building nearly empty, instead of a golf course view. ended up in a ground-floor apartment facing a concrete fence wall Thanks we only booked 2 nights!

Absolutely nothing spent 5 mins in the room before deciding that the place wasn't habitable, there were cockroaches on the bed and bathroom and the AC made both me and my pregnant wife cough extremely heavily within seconds of turning it on.

I could say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The location is in a peaceful area, and from the terrace I enjoyed beautiful views of the mountains and nature. Every morning, birds were singing all around. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel also has a bar, two swimming pools, and quiet walking paths where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Too noisy from the street and the biggest issue is the neighbour appartments are very noisy and make party till 2 AM

The staff were all very helpful. My apartment was originally quite a long way from the restaurant so the recepcionist took the time to search out an alternative. The apartment was large, the kitchen well-appointed and the balcony was huge. The breakfast was good.

The view was amazing. The size of the apartment very big & clean. Beds very comfortables.

“Feels like a Prison + Terrible customer service”

Price was lower then other Hotels but this has a reason. The Hotel is totally run down. No staff available. Very long lines at Reception making you wait for HOURS. They dont care about the client. Parking is impossible - entrance is always blocked. I payed the covered parking but you cannot open with your card, you have to honk and they dont hear you so you are trapped in the parking waiting till the door opens and you dont know when. The parking is very small and walls and poles on both sides. If you mange to drive in you have no space to open your door. There is only 1 lane of driving in and out. If a car drives out and you drive in you have to drive backwards all the way out of the Garage. This Parking should be forbidden by Law.
