Breakfast was delicious and everything was fresh. Not too many options available which overall suited us very well. Only thing that was missing was something sweet or small dessert. Nice little balcony in the room to get some fresh air. Very comfortable beds and tidy rooms. Service of the staff - exceptional! They truly made us to feel that we are welcome!

Sari is the heart of this place. Professional, dedicated and the sweetest person in the country. Private sauna, location, food, talks and northern lights! Wait… it’s November! No northern lights! All was perfect!

Breakfast was minimal but enough. Staff is very polite. Despite the main road just below hotel, the location itself is nice.

The staff was really nice and friendly. The hotel is dog friendly, our dog got a little welcome package, that was so so sweet. He was even welcome to come for breakfast with us, that was a first! We loved it. The location is super nice. And breakfast was good. Of course, for that price point, I’ve been to many hotels with better breakfast, but they are trying to reduce what they waste so I understand that.

Lovely hotel with a very warm welcome from all the staff. Nice and cozy rooms, good meals. The only comment I would mak is that it would be fabulous if the hotel was right on a lake and not a certain distance from it.

This hotel was in a fantastic location for exploring Nuuksio National Park. We had a great few days hiking there and found Haltia Lodge to be a perfect base. Everyone who worked there was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable with a lovely little balcony. The breakfast was fresh and tasty and the evening meals were delicious. We hope to be able to come back to this hotel again next time we visit Finland.

“Comfortable stay in stunning nature”

Environment: By staying overnight here, you can take an early hike in stunning nature. The room has fast-reacting heating if you happen to feel a bit cold after hiking. The beds are very comfortable. High-quality ingredients are used for breakfast, like berries, fresh bread, and cold smoked salmon.

We had an absolute lovely stay! The place is at the perfect location to go hiking, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and food was excellent too.
