“WE WERE ROBBED AT GUN POINT”
We were robbed at gun point while accessing our car, due to the negligence of the hotel. What made the situation worse was the personality and response of the irresponsible owner, who came and bragged of being an attorney. However he has no insurance for the property and wants to accept no responsibility. We booked the reservation solely because the hotel offered parking and allowed dogs. The agent who took us to get the car was also robbed due to his own negligence and after the fact we learned that none of the phone lines worked even to make a phone call and the receptionist could not get the emergency alarm to ring to call the police. The owners negligence and disrespect for the value of peace and life is horrifying. Stay away from Olan! Find somewhere else to sleep, wake up and get home safely. Spending your money with such a self absorbed, mindless person is just not worth it.
